Abstract: Thin film anisotype heterojunctions of
p-GaAs/n-Cd1-xZnxS1-yTey have been fabricated by the electrochemical deposition method. Photoelectrical properties of heterojunctions were studied depending on the Cd1-xZnxS1-yTey films composition (x=0.1?0.8; y= 0.2; 0,4; 0,9) and heat treatment (HT) regime in argon atmosphere (100-4500? during 3-16 min). Under AM1.5 conditions the open-circuit voltage, short-circuit current, fill factor and efficiency of our best cell, were Voc = 584 mV, Jsc = 14.54 mA/cm2, FF = 0.6 and ? = 6.7 %, respectively.

Abstract: The objective of this study is to ascertain the capabilities and limitations of the Ground Fault Circuit Interrupters (GFCI). A GFCI is an electrical device which is designed to protect people from electric shock. GFCI protection devices are installed as per current requirements, including all wet areas that may have potential for electrical shock. The GFCI continually matches the amount of current going to an electrical device against the amount of current returning from the device along the electrical path. It senses small imbalances in the circuit in the range of approximately 5 mA and turns off all power by tripping a delay circuit in the GFCI within 36.3s and thereby protecting the load. The most efficient trip times are found 123.2s and 155.1s which will also protect the load very safely.

Abstract: Lamp is free open source software thatcombines4 different types of technology which helps to develop Websites. It consists of Linux, Apache, MySQL and PHP. Websites or web systems can also be designed, developed and deployed by using the Microsoft.Net platform. The person who works on them, may choose any platform based on the advantages and disadvantages that they bring. Open Source platforms are good alternatives for application and technology development even for Albanian Businesses: mostly for SME (Small and Medium Enterprises). The aim of this study is to address questions related to the usage of LAMP recently in Albanian companies. Some of the questions included are: which of these technologies is used mostly and why, how does their choice affect the efficiency and quality of their work, etc. A questionnaire is written by us and it is answered by programming companies or other companies which have a programming department in their structure for e.g. Eagle Mobile, Vodafone Albania, etc. These companies have been asked during two periods of time (2011 and 2013). A comparison of the results is made and we noticed that the result has changed on the way of how this technology is used and how much it is used compared to closed code. What we saw else is the fact that the usage of LAMP and other open source services has been increased not only for the simple reason that these services are free but also because of the increase of faith on the security that these technologies provide.

Abstract: This research examines how PBL(Problem-based Learning; PBL) system affects to 'Self-directed learning ability', by developing and applying it to the participants of "Science Cyber Conference" - the web based on-line debating learning program - among those students of the Affiliated Institute of Science gifted education of K University, for 16weeks. With this, also the cognizances of learners for the PBL class process are looked into together. After conducting the program applied with the web-based PBL strategy, the participants' 'Self-directed learning ability' showed the remarkable change statistically (p< .05). Especially it showed the meaningful changes in six sections (p< .05), among those subdivided seven sections of 'Self-directed learning ability', with the one exception, 'Self-confidence as a Learner'. They also showed the positive response to the class which adopted the web-based PBL strategy.
