Abstract: Inoculums production of T. harzianum by conventional techniques is a labor-intensive costly procedure. The study describes mass production of this fungi of interest in low cost bioreactor within short duration as improved in vitro culture. Selection of most affordable liquid culture media of organic source for bioreactor was the first attempt here. Potato Dextrose Broth was highest inoculum producing substrate as yielded maximum amount of fresh/100ml biomass among four media which used in subsequent culture. 150 rpm agitation at 24 hours diurnal cycle influenced for highest biomass generation in 250 ml culture flask among three revolution, this indicates slow agitation is needed for fungus growth. Modified Air-lift photo bioreactor was used as a culture vessel by assessing light and oxygen dependency as growth factor in submerged cultivation. Dark and light incubation with four volumes of aeration was set to propagate the Trichoderma. Maximum Trichoderma biomass produced after 14 days of inoculation with the air speed at 0.1 VVM act as slight agitators too. Light also influenced for highest biomass rather dark incubation during their growth in bioreactor. This study provides useful information on bioreactor assisted quick mass production of Trichoderma and the system could be an effective technology for individual and commercial level.

Abstract: The entrepreneurial potential of women in the management of traditional cakes in the strengthening of the economic family in South Sulawesi, the type of qualitative research approach through Phenomenology, as the results showed women have potential the strengthening of the family economy, it has been proven that a lot of women who work helps work husbands so that it is capable of lifting the economic condition of the family, but the contribution of women is not yet in line with government support, so from that aspect of venture capital as well as market access still resting on private capital for women, as well as aspects of marketing are still at micro area so that business potential is still consumed among the local community, Then it needs a policy from the Government so that the entrepreneurial potential of women can get attention and support in the form of venture capital funds or support, and market access channels so that traditional cakes can be consumed widely by the public both locally, nationally and internationally, then when it is done will certainly exhilarating family economy

Abstract: This study aims to examine the penetration of life insurance against inflation risk in ASEAN within the period 1990-2016. The data used is panel data with Generalized Estimating Equation (GEE) method. This study analyses the effect of inflation and time on insurance penetration. Insurance penetration in ASEAN countries is relatively small, except Singapore (5.64%). The results of the analysis show that the countries in the ASEAN Region are divided into 4 groups, namely the penetration of the insurance which is affected by inflation and time (group 1), time (group 2), inflation (group 3) and not influenced by inflation/time (group 4). Countries included in group 1: Brunei Darussalam, Philippines, and Thailand, group 2: Myanmar and Indonesia, group 3: Laos and Singapore, group 4: Cambodia, Vietnam, and Malaysia. Influence of inflation does not always have a negative effect on insurance penetration, and the influence of time does not always have a positive effect on insurance penetration. Therefore, collaborative efforts should be made to encourage insurance activities in ASEAN, both by the government and business actors to increase insurance penetration.
